Dies In Arena

Communication and technology to bring the audience into the arena

Dies in Arena is a historical reenactment project dedicated to Roman gladiatorial combat, created by Ars Dimicandi and developed together with organizations specialized in research, outreach and the reconstruction of the ancient world. For the 6 and 7 June 2026 edition at the Amphitheatre of Lucera, we created a journey designed to guide the audience from discovering the event to entering the arena.

Landing page and All-in-One
booking system

We designed and developed the landing page dedicated to Dies in Arena Lucera, turning it into the central point for communication, information and ticket purchasing. An immediate digital experience, consistent with the project’s identity and optimized for SEO and GEO to increase its online visibility and discoverability.

Together with ITD, we integrated a complete online ticketing system: secure payment via MultiSafepay, ticket generation with a unique QR code and automatic purchase confirmation. At the heart of the infrastructure, we connected EGO Next, ITD’s proprietary management software, which allows the entire process to be managed from a single environment.

Not just ticket sales, but full control over the entire process, from purchase to event access.

Outdoor communication

We brought the identity of Dies in Arena beyond the screen as well, designing the materials for the event’s outdoor communication.

From signage to the various graphic applications, every element was developed while maintaining consistency with the project’s colors, fonts and visual language, along with a dedicated QR Code to quickly reach the booking landing page.

Paid campaigns

To turn visibility into real participation, we supported the project with a Digital Advertising strategy across Google and social media channels, working to reach audiences interested in the event and guide them towards online purchase.

We constantly monitor and optimize target audiences, creative assets, budgets and campaign performance, adapting communication to the different platforms and stages of event promotion. Landing page, advertising and sales system therefore work as parts of the same journey: generate interest, convert it into purchases and bring the audience into the arena.
